"I have now used Tom as my local electrician three times (twice in emergency situations), and now would always make him my first point of call if I had an electrical issue. He has always worked to a very high standard, and it is clear that he has vast and extensive knowledge of his trade. He is a very polite and courteous guy and is always punctual. He has always tidied up after himself and ensured there is no mess or rubbish. His pricing is very fair and the equipment he uses is carefully selected to ensure safety, quality and value. I have recommended Bickerton Electrical Services to many neighbours and friends, genuinely couldn't recommend this company more."

"I basically picked Tom out of the phone book, but his professional approach to any work undertaken by him has been second to none. He has had constant work from us for the last 4 years, including our major 5 yearly inspection, which due to various electrical add ons was a very difficult task ! .Tom always arrived early, and due to the nature of our business came out of hours, weekend's etc to help us out with problems. He is always smartly dressed and gives off a professional persona, which gives you great confidence in any work you have entrusted with him to complete.

"He is reliable, arrives on time and has not let me down. He kept me informed about the costs and did a good job. He hoovered up after the work was done. He even has a card machine to pay on if needed and his invoice arrives promptly. Easy to deal with and happy to recommend."
